I add rose petals to my green salads. They are from my garden and I wash the roses thoroughly beforehand, and they haven't been sprayed with any chemicals.
They are nice when mixed in with salad vegetables and with french dressing.
People nearly died when they came to my house for a BBQ and I served them up salad with rose petals in it....
well anyway I think it's yummy, does anyone else eat rose petals?
