is it weird that i dont like a lot of affection?

i dont know why but i feel like im suffocating when someone is clingy. i find it extremely irritating, but i feel bad bc people have called me cold. is it weird to dislike affection? i like affection sometimes, and cute simple things. and i really don't like PDA.
 
Nope, competely normal. My sister hates alot of affection, and doesnt even like it when people hug her. As for me, Im an extremely affectionate person!

You're not cold at all. The only thing I would do is to just show the person that you appreciate it, but would prefer if they would keep their distance once in a while.
 
No, I don't like clingyness either...
But I do like affection, especially when I like/love someone.
It's not weird to dislike affection, it's just the special person that you are and that's the way you feel.
Maybe when like/love someone you will want to show them some of that affection.
But it's ok if you don't.
