It was almost there, but I wanted a trim... and the lady was like, Oh, it may look short, but I'm just getting the dead ends off. And she hacked it all the way to my shoulders almost. So I've been growing it out, and it's about three inches away from my elbows. Should I style and cut it or grow it? I'm 16 if that counts for anything?
