is it weird for a coworker to call you cutie?

there is this coworker who used to do stuff like touch my waist and call me cutie, like id help him with something and he'd be like "thanks cutie" and touch my waist at the same time. i thought he was just being nice or something but apparently he's been charged with sexual harassment a few times, from what ive heard. he used to be very touchy feely but i guess he got in trouble and he doesnt do it that much anymore. what do you think? by the way im 20 hes like 26
