Is it weird for a 14 year old boy to be shaving everyday?

WOuld girls like a guy that has to shave everyday at 14 and he looks much older than 14??
I shave my sideburns everyday and it hasnt gotten thicker around my chin but i see darker hairs starting to come in. Is there any way to prevent it from getting worse and darker??
