It depends, do they have that crazy look in their eyes, are they at a mental institution?? Propably yes, but if I just saw someone drinking coffee sitting on their porch or just chilling then probably not. I've done that before, I know my friends do it. I think it comes from boredom, you just remember funny things and it makes you laugh.
