Baby #1 due March 6th!

So I go weekly for non stress tests at the hospital and for the past couple weeks there has been a woman who always wants to chat. I assume she is pregnant but given she is quite obese, you really can't tell. In some ways I feel obliged to ask back how far along she is but given it's not obvious she's pregnant, really don't want to stick my foot in my mouth. Plus, I am not a big "let's share my life story with stragers" type of person in addition to finding these tests quite stressful. To be blunt, how can I tell her I really am not interested in chatting?? She is not taking my short responses or turning to my phone and pretending I am texting as a hint I am not interested in conversation? I have changed my next stretch of appointments to a different time, but I find if it's not her, it will be someone else. Thank you for your advice!!
