Well, I've been eating oatmeal for 2 and a half years every morning. I always ate it cooked, but oatmeal is the the tastiest food so it takes me 20-25 minutes to eat it. For a month now I started a new thing, I take 16 oz of milk put it in the blender + 1 1/2 cups of raw oatmeal + 1T honey+2T Penut Butter. Takes me 30 seconds to chug down. Its a time saver and actually tastes better. But I'm worried that it could mess up my digestive system.
