But let's say that the attorney is a good-looking younger dude, and the client is a lady in her late 40's. And he has no interest in her, but she happens to have a daughter who just turned 18, and is stacked like the pyramids.
If he approaches this girl on his own time, and ends up having an intimate relationship with her, would this be unethical in any way? Let's say he waives his normal fees for her mom, but this is not a quid pro quo in any way, either.
