Is it true that your ring/index finger lengths indicate your learning style?

A GCSE History revision website I am using http://www.johndclare.net/how_to_revise.htm contains the following information:

"Look at your left hand.
If the index finger is longer than the ring finger, you probably have a 'female brain' (good at feelings, communication, explaining).
If the ring finger is longer than the index finger, you probably have a 'male brain' (good at facts, practical things and spatial relationships)."

Generally, the website is fairly reliable, but this information seems more like something you'd expect from a palm reader than an Oxford University graduate. Could it really be true?
