I have had many problems with my Envy in the past and Verizon just keeps sending me "like-new" replacements. I've read/heard from a couple sources that Verizon will give you a phone of the same price at no cost, after they have to replace it 'x' amount of times.
Does anyone know if this is true, I have tried looking on Verizon's site but have not had any luck. Thanks!
