So as to say that in order to get women really *interested* it's not good enough to just be a good looking guy- but women also want that good looking guy to feel like talking to them as well? I mean as opposed to good looking guys just going about their business (wherever it may be: the club, school, bookstore, etc..) and keeping to themselves or their friends.
