He hasn't embraced the policies of George W. Bush yet, so I guess there is hope for him still.
I think you picked the wrong man who would "do anything" to win the election. McCain has backtracked on everything and anything he ever stood for in Congress, including his own legislation. He used to criticize the radical pastors, then he embraced them. He used to criticize Bush, now they are buddies. He considered running as Kerry's V.P., now he's a Conservative.
How typical of Republicans to try to turn their own Candidate's failings into the actions of the other side. Try again, mate.
