Is it true that more than 30 words can be reported as a rant and removed?

How can a person ask a question in less than 30 words? Well there's one. Oh shuck now I've went over.

Give the cute little monkey some Stars please.
 
The size of your question is irrelevant.

And your posts, if removed, are removed by people who are just like yourself. If they are offended, or don't like your answers or your question, they can report you. If enough people report, your question can be removed. It's mathematical, and the computer does it, and I doubt if any human even looks at it to evaluate it.
