...is "eccentric" or "erratic"? is it sometimes difficult for Astronomers to predict the exact time that Mercury will be in a certain location?
please explain why , how this is possible? are there any other planets in our solar system that have same issue?

IS MERCURY THE ONLY PLANET THAT IS "UNPREDICTABLE" SOMETIMES OR ERRATIC? HOW MUCH SO AND WHY THIS IS AGAIN FOR MERCURY? (BECAUSE IT IS CLOSEST TO SUN MAYBE? AND THE HEAT OR SOLAR FLARES OF THE SUN CHANGES ITS ORBIT SOMEWHAT ?)
