People keep telling me that if you go out the same night that you work out its the same as not having gone to the gym at all... I realize ofcourse your body doesnt get as much rest so gain is smaller but surely it still helps....Im a student and go out more or less 3 days a week so is it pointless going to the gym?
I know all the rumors about this so i would appreciate answer from people who know for sure
