Is it true that Hillary's campaign was a continued cycle of whining, complaining,

health care, & then smears? I noticed throughout her campaign, Hillary will start whining about something, then argue, then complain, then mention about health care, then create smear tactics....AND then the cycle starts all over again.

Has anyone noticed it or felt that way when they watched her campaign throughout the Democratic race?
