Hello, I am 15 years old and am about 5"5, weighing about 145lbs-150lbs. I've been going to the gym for quite some time now, and have heard a lot of 'rumors' and 'myths' that exercise leads to stunted growth.
I've been going to the gym for about 6 months now, and am getting very proud results. But I still want to grow to my full growth potential (Please don't misunderstand me, I have nothing against shorter people, I'd just like to be a more taller, lean person).
Once I turned 14, it almost seemed like I haven't grown at all since then. However, this was before I went to the gym.
Could my current workouts be stunting my growth? Please support all answers, and thank you in advance.
