Is it true that "any_ book" from Amazon is a fraudulent seller?

I ordered a book from them without much research because I need it for summer (short summer semester so I need it asap) ...

But now that I am trying to "track" my package, I can't get much information on it!

What the...? I thought so I googled their information and I found an article saying that they rip people off. It's located in Miami, FL... and supposedly they make money off through... hmm... fraudulent methods.

Please someone tell me it's a lie. I need that book! And I already paid.

Honestly, I don't like what I am seeing. I am reading the negative reports. They have poor customer service it seems. If you bought the book just a couple of days ago, give them 10 business days (if they sent by regular mail). If you don't get the book by then, demand a refund.

I've ordered from Amazon before and I didn't have any problems. It took about 10-14 business days for me to receive all of my items, but they were in great condition and did arrive. If you didn't pay for overnight shipping or quick shipping you need to give them plenty of time (10-14 business days). However, if you do not receive your items, call Amazon. Remember that Amazon is compiled of tons of different retailers... so, you may have to jump through hoops to get a hold of who you need to. Next time, use a single seller like Books-A-Million or Borders.

*** by the way, I'm in Indiana, so quite far from Miami...

I ordered some things of Amazon and they didn't rip me off. But I do live in the Miami, FL area. Do you live far away from Miami, or out of state? Maybe that's why.
