Is it true Steve Rogers returned as Captain America?

I think I saw mention of thaton the cover of a recent issue of Wizard Magazine. If it's true, I'm not surprised- they kill characters off and eventually bring them back. I remember when Superman purportedly "died" and came back. It's just a marketing ploy to get people to buy the comics.
