I was listening to coast to coast with George Nooray, and he had a guest on who said that he was told that some county and municipal law enforcement departments across the country are being pulled under the department of homeland security. The reason he said this was because the elite rich are gearing up for riots in various parts of the country due to their own plan to "deal with" the problem which they created intentionally. Also, these county and municipal law enforcement people would be deployed anywhere in the country to deal with the expected riots, like the health care debate, race riots, etc. All part of the plan of the elite rich to turn america into a police state, which is happening as we speak.
