I was told Honda Fat Cats made in the mid 80s that were under 250cc didn't get titled. I can find no evidence that this is true. Does anybody out there know the truth?
They were able to be titled in California, where I live. I remember seeing them at the local state owned motorcycle park. Any bike ridden in the state parks have to be registered so they would have a title.
