Is It True Ford Now Owns Cummin's Diesel Engine?

Alot of the boys at school were talking about how Dodge won't be able to put cummins in their upcoming trucks due to the fact that Ford bought it out. Is that true? If so, will Ford be equiping their trucks with cummin's instead of Powerstroke?
 
Wow, I didn't hear that, but Cummings engines come in all makes including the LMTV Military Vehicles.
