I am not saying i regret anything about my pregnancy, but im trying to see if anyone has got any tips to help get back to normal as fast as possible, NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS. it also helps women who suffer from depression after birth so all in all i think this IS NOT a stupid question. Sort your attitude out.
