Is it too late for me to get into college.?

Ok so I am in 10th grade and in the 9th grade i did okay but the 10th grade I've been slacking. I do have to take some classes in summer school. Im going to join football I am really worried about my future and I want to ask If I try harder my these next 2 months and 2 years will it still be too late to get into college such as USC?
