Is it too early to take a test?

may have conceived Oct. 2nd
cramps and spotting Oct. 16th which is 2 weeks past my due period.
it's now Nov. 3rd (obviously lol)

the pregnancy test I have only reads to 100 miu
I took a test the 1st and got a negative.
