Is it strange that I have not urinated or defecated once in the past five years?

Originally I thought it was a little strange, I went a week without having to pee or poop at all, and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't do it. I thought about seeing a doctor, but I didn't have any insurance and couldn't afford it. Then it went on, for months and now years, and I eventually realized it wasn't going to kill me, but I'm still not sure what caused this sudden change. Honestly I think it's not inconvenient at all. I do think I might be sweating a little bit more, but not really enough to be a big deal. Other than that I don't see any difference at all with how I was before, besides the obvious fact that I'm no longer pooping or peeing. (I am able to still ejaculate semen, though, I check to make sure of this fact at least once a day.)
Is there really any need to see a doctor now? I mean, it's been five years and my health hasn't declined at all, or really changed in any way besides the fact I sweat a bit more now for some reason.
Yeah but honestly after not having to pee or poop for five years I'd feel really inconvenienced if I had to do it suddenly again. If I see a doctor won't they try to fix me? I don't want to be fixed...
