3rd gen... but! it has been cursed with the brand new update... and i am not sure will it allows the ipod to be jail broken or not... from what I've heard (although i found little info about it) if you try to jailbreak with the new updates, your ipod will become inactive A.K.A. " become a brick".. this means its locked up and you cant use it... ever again (from what i understand)
is there any way to "DE-update" the ipod and downgrade to the old stuff? or is it ok to jailbreak with the current update... my ipod is running Version 3.1.3(7E18)
