I was wondering if sweater dresses are still an "acceptable" thing to wear around the end of March since it's technically already Spring around that time but in some parts of the country, like where I'm in (Pennsylvania) it can still be freakin freezing.

So it should be fine wearing the dress like I would in winter (with leggings & heels) BUT, like what you guys mentioned, add some color to the entire outfit so it will look Spring appropriate?
