I exercise (cardio and weights for 2 hours per session) 3 times a week, and to be honest I feel 2 hours at the gym is enough, if I was to do sauna that would add probably another 30-60 minutes. I was wondering whether the sauna will still benefit me if I do it on my resting days, as in go to the gym on my day off and just use the sauna (for muscle recovery etc)...
I've never used it before so was just wondering what people thought?
