is it smart to wake up at 8AM tomorrow and call stores asking about Wii deliveries?

Or am I crazy? I figure maybe they got some deliveries in over night or early in the morning.

I figure I will call Target, Wal Mart, EB games, Best Buy and CC.
 
i'm going to target at 8am to see if they have any wii's. i called them tonight and spoke to another target also, they both said they didn't know if they were going to get any or not
i kinda smell bullshit
 
You guys seriously need to lay off. Think about if you were in their shoes getting a million calls a day asking the same god damn thing. If you want to know I'd show up in person because at least that way they are less likely to feed you bullshit.

I went into EB the other day to buy CoD3 for my Wii, and I was only in there for 5 minutes but they got 4 phone calls all asking about if they had any systems in and when they were getting any in. All they said was "We don't have any right now, we don't know when we are getting any in".

Think about it. If ANY of you worked their job you would be posting on OT about how you can't stand your job currently because dumb fucks call CONSTATLY asking over and over day in day out...
 
I don't care about how they feel. I'm just saying that if you want a straight answer out of them about when this shit is coming in calling is not the way to do it. Show up in person make yourself stand out from the other million losers that asked before you. Walk in, chat them up for 20 seconds then ask. Instead of them just saying they don't know they will tell you what they know.
 
thats exactly what I have been doin ha.

I get the same answer ...some say it nicer than others some carry on a chat with me but for the most part its the same "no dont got em, dont know when they are comin"
 
I work at Costco and we got our second shipment in yesterday (went on the floor this morning). We'll be getting them in regularly.
 
I called best buy on launch day, the first thing it said was "I'm sorry if you're looking for the Wii or PS3, we are currently sold out, it then said if you have any other questions a sales associate will be right with you." That's what they should all do.
