I know that some nutritionists and experts don't recommend taking larger amounts of ginseng extracts (like 200mg+) for any longer than 3 months. I'm curious to know if 50mg might be safer and might have a better effect taken over a loooong time (like over a year or two).
For any experts- The extract that I take contains 10% Ginsenocides (minimum) and guaranteed Rb.1:Rg1 @ active minimum ratio of 10:1
