My teacher's friend has a startup that's about to go public and I've been offered a job. Unfortunately, he says before he can tell me details about it I have to sign a nondisclosure agreement. He wants to meet and talk about it, and presumably have me sign it right there before we talk. Without a lawyer. Is that safe?
