I have an HD cable to play my xbox 360 games at 1080p, but I always switch the resolution to 480p when I play classic games. I'm curious as to whether or not playing classic xbox games on the 360 at 1080p can harm my xbox in any way?
A year ago my xbox started to get glitches/pixels and I ended up getting the E82 error (which the xbox website does not have a solution for), and I thought it might have had to do with me playing my old games at 1080p. I just want to double check or confirm whether or not this is true.
