Is it safe to paint with acrylic paint ?

If an artist paints with acrylic paint, is it safe to clean your paintbrushes in the sink. Will the acrylic paint that goes down the drain be toxic ?
 
Yes..they are......but that doesn't matter so much if it goes down the drain as much it matters if it goes down'yr' food pipe..!!!!!!!!




So beware while doing out with them.......
