Is it safe to kiss someone 3 days after they were sick?

My boyfriend had a migraine and was sick 3times on tuesday. I haven't seen him since then but I'll be seeing him tomorrow (friday). Is it safe to kiss him without getting ill myself?? I have a bad phobia of sick :/
