This is a fairly new technology, and with anything new it's probably best to wait until they get the bugs out and 2 or 3 generations have gone by......a generation in electronics is not that long, probably a half a year......
i see pictures/images on the net of the many rows of LEDs it takes to make an LED-LCD tv set. My concern is that some LEDs will go out before other LEDs and then you will get dead pixels or something like that.......Should I be concerned about that or is LED-LCD TVs well built and long lasting? We kind of don't know yet because no one has owed one for a couple years to let us know if they last a long time without any of the pixels failing.
