Is it safe to fill nitrogen air in tubeless tires of a bike?

yes but if they get low than you have to have nitrogen put back in them cause air and nitrogen dont tend to react well together when heated. it can make the tire blow up.
 
They put the nitrogen in tubeless tire of cars. It the same idea. Your bike will be fine, there are no safety hazards with nitrogen in motorcycles.
