My car is ancient. It stalls a lot, the window on the driver's side doesn't work, the window on the passenger's side was rolled down and won't roll back up, I can smell smoke sometimes when I drive it, the door on the driver's side can only be opened from the outside, and recently a part fell off the car while I was driving and I had to park the car and go pick the piece up off the road. Is it safe to drive my car? At all?
