Is it safe to buy a car that had cosmetic damage and was repaired?

There is a car on autotrader where the dealer bought a car that had been ran into on the left drivers side. He says there is no frame damage, and he just repairs the cosmetic damage and sales cars for cheap. Is it a good idea to buy a car like this. Here is the link to the car:
