Is it safe to bike 30 miles a day when you're just starting exercise?

I just started exercising again, and I've been biking ten miles three times a day. While I'm physically capable of doing this, I'm concerned I might be hurting myself. People have said things along the lines of "you're going to crash" and the like. Is there some hidden danger behind excess exercise for the out of shape?
 
Yeah if you over exhaust yourself you will be in pain, slow and steady does it. I did not do oversize ever and i cycled down from hethrow airport to the train then from there like another few miles. It should be fine.
 
You have time to bike 30 miles a day? I guess you can do it if you physically capable.
 
(1) Overtraining = no gains
(2) Myoglobinuria = renal failure (generally permanent)
(3) Anterior Compartment Syndrome = Cut open, or lose, your legs below the knees

Stop working out so hard
