It's connected/built onto the rest of the house, there is a cement floor and I assume the foundation or whatever isn't included there. There is electricity in the garage (Lights, fans, etc.)
The reason I'm asking is because that's where I have my exercise equipment since its big enough. Is it safe to go out and use it during a lightning storm?
