I know HTML and CSS languages and i have designed some websites by these languages. I know how each tag works but I couldn't memorize them yet, and when i want to create something i use my pdf file which is a CSS and HTML training and by this way i could design good websites and worthy ones. the thing that i am worry about is that can i work as a website designer in a part of a company? i mean does the company care about the things i create, come from my mind or by helping some stuff?
