i mean everybody say's "its like riding a bike you never forget" but what do you do when you only rode that bike with one person....and you've been off the bike for a while. how the heck do start riding again without hurting yourself.?
ok lmaooo its a metaphor... i didnt wanna get in trouble for saying sex lol

Take it slow....start off just riding abit on flat land. Then keep getting bigger until yu are comfortable with the skills you want. The reason people say that is because it is pretty easy to start once you haven't been riding in awhile. Best of luck to you!

Just make sure the seat isn't too big, the wheels are well lubed, and take the corners easy until you get the hang of it again. You might want to blow the tires up a little before you jump on it, but it's gonna be a bumpy ride, just hang on and enjoy it.

It's an old saying, that goes back to the beginning of the last Century and for good reason. Once you learn, your body remembers.
The thing to do, once you get back on the bike, is remember, that speed helps your balance. If you cycle slowly you will wobble all over the place.
There has to be someone close who rides a bike, and can give you a steady hand, to get back on one, so just ask around. Most people will be happy to help you.

I get what you mean. It won't happen over night, but it will happen. Have lots of humour and don't expect that they will be able to fill his shoes. You can't protect yourself from this life-It's like the movie Butterfly on a Wheel.
Be strong- you can do it.

There a lot of different "bikes" out there. Some are ten speeds, some are twelve. Some are mountain bikes.. If you've "rode" a bike before and know how to peddle and stay on it, you're going to be great!
