If a person is genuinely afraid of black people (for a random example), but they are totally respectful and do what they can to be nice whenever they are around some of them, is that considered racist?
If you are not used to being around, say large expensive automobiles, and because of that you are afraid of them and try to stay away, can that be considered similar? So can the same thing be said about other race groups?
