A black group demands only black servers one day prior to event which requires our hotel to hire temp labor (more expensive) and unable to employ our own employees for the night. I am guessing this is a legal request, but what if it was any other demographic group? Should we bend over backward to accomodate this request? Should we have them pay the extra $ to hire the different servers? Thoughts?
