is it possible to write nda 2011 exam for the candidates who are 19 yrs old?

in nda 2011 exam they told that candidates who born earlier than january 2nd 1993 are not eligible ,,,,,,but the nda exam age limit is 19yrs ,,,,,,,,,,so iwant to clarify that........
