Is it possible to write in NFC tags using NOKIA 6212 classic phone?

For my college project i'm using NFC enabled mobile for library automation, i wanna know Is it possible to write in NFC tags using NOKIA 6212 classic phone? or just reading the tags is possible? and also i wanna know if it is possible to use customized java applications for NFC technology in this phone?
