i have no idea where that is but i doubt it i live in alabama and u can camp anywhere u can walk but all the states around me no last free state in the southeast but i have done it just drift off the trail and find ur site but it depends on where u have to park if they check cars i have had people drop me off and come back and pick me up in a week just have to watch the campfires keep them small and late at night put out before morning dont like the fact that u cant go camp in national forest no more they want u to stay in a camp site when i go out to get away from people and enjoy the forest now i take care of the place i do not destroy anything and i cover up any sign i was there but i camp all the time and just love to enjoy the silence of the woods hope this helps u and do as i would do if u decide to take my advice good luck
