i brought a new phone which is a samsung genio qwerty it never came with the software cd so i downloaded it off the samsung site and brought the correct usb lead...however when trying to use it i have problems with it finding my device. My laptop operating system is a 64bit.
Is it possible to use samsung new pc software with 64bit operating software?
